ThinApp Assigned but will not install

In VMware View 4.5 Desktop Manager I have configured 6 ThinApp application and assigned them to both desktops and to pool but all sit at Assigned and not installed or even with an error?

I have configured the share as per the documentation with domain computer with read access etc.

I have also as part of the package.ini put in the entry MSIstreaming=1

There is noting in the logs that I can see? Any ideas?
