Printing from ThinApp Office 2010

I have followed the following guide(s) in capturing Microsoft Office 2010 in ThinApp 5.x:

I can successfully run all of the Office apps, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher and Access, but I cannot print from any of these applications.

Here is what I have done to test printing:

I have installed a network printer (print queue) and have installed the same network printer but with its IP address.

In Word, I used the random formula to create text ( =rand(4,4) ) and opened up the print queue window for the print queue network printer.

When I click Print in Word, I can see the document "Spooling" in the print queue network printer window but then it disappears and nothing prints.

When I click Print in Word, pointing to the same printer but using the IP address, I can see the document "Spooling" then "Printing" in the print queue window.

Am I dealing with an access/permissions problem? or is there something wrong with my capture of Office 2010?
