Office 2013 installed on the OS - Thinapps can't email

Here is my setup:

Office 2013 installed on a Windows 7 Professional 32bit image.

Mail profile is setup and functions correctly.

Any thinapp I try to use is unable to send email out

For example - Excel 2003

File - Send To - Mail Recipient , gives an error that a default profile is not setup.

Attached is the package.ini for the Excel thinapp

I have added these keys and rebuilt the package

isolation_merged HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities

isolation_merged HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles

isolation_merged HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products\00005109A10090400000000000F01FEC\Usage

isolation_merged HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Clients

I can't seem to get it to work. I have read other posts but everything is referring to office 2007 or 2010
