ThinApp Sage ERP 1000 Client in IE10

I am trying to create a ThinApp version of IE10 with Java 7 U 45 to meet the requirements for Sage ERP 1000 client (SP3)

Although I can create a ThinApp version of IE10, with Java intergrated, I am having a few teething troubles.

• Speed - Execution of the virtualised IE is quite slow, and even slower to open the ERP 1000 client.
• Other browsers - The ERP 1000 client appears to issue a redirect. This is opening in the users default browser if this is not IE.
• Interface - The top of the IE window is black, and the window controls (maximise, minimise and close) are missing. I remember seeing this on a VMWare posting somewhere. Not sure if there is a fix.

I am using ThinApp v5.1.

Any thoughts?
